Service Description
We are designers, so of course we offer other design services to include, Color Selection Consultation, Furniture and Fabric Sourcing Consultation, Room Re-Design Consultation, Lighting and Design Consultations, Paint/Finish and Material Selection Consultations and Aging in Place Consultations. These services differ from Virtual Design, as they are usually done on site and has a flat fee based on information gathered.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation & Cancellation Policy Thank you for your interest in my interior design services. To ensure that I provide each client with the highest level of attention and professionalism, the following consultation and cancellation policies are in place: Booking & Deposit A deposit is required to secure all consultations. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward future services if the consultation is rescheduled according to the policy below. Rescheduling You may reschedule your consultation once, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before your appointment via email. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will still be honored if notice is given, but only for a different available time on the calendar. Cancellations If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be held as credit for a future consultation. If you cancel within 24 hours without proper email notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible to reschedule. No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you will not be able to book another consultation.
